Applying online is easy! Visit our floor plans page to view available units. Choose the apartment you’re interested in and navigate to the application to submit your information.
We strive to answer every maintenance request as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team of experienced technicians work hard to ensure everything in your apartment is functioning properly. Making a maintenance request is as easy as signing into your Resident Services Portal to detail your issue. You can then track the progress of your requests in the portal and easily communicate with our leasing staff.
We happily allow pets at Village at Johnson Creek. There are some restrictions, and we encourage future residents with pets to view our Qualifying Criteria or to contact our leasing office with any questions.
At Village at Johnson Creek, it’s easy to make rent payments online through our Resident Services Portal. Once you create an account, you can simply sign on to view your balance and make a timely payment.

Our office and clubhouse are open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our laundry center is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
